Yuanly. 仙股 · 中概股 · under five dollars
Bring ETH, connect the wallet you already have, and leave holding China's cheapest listed companies. Every China-concept ticker under five dollars, quoted off the New York tape.
open the swapNew York prints a live price for hundreds of Chinese companies every weekday. Most of them cost less than a coffee.
Yuanly turns any of them into something a wallet can buy.

Pick a name.
Every one of these is a real company with a real listing and a real print. These four moved the most today — there are thirty more on the board.
Crypto in. A ticker out.
Pick what you're paying with, pick the name you want, sign. The quote is built from the live crypto price and the live New York print at the second you sign it.

Yuanly prices your order against the real tape and has you sign it. Settlement at a transfer agent is not live — no shares change hands today. The quote, the signature, the share math and the on-chain record are real and yours to keep.
Every position, on chain.
Paying with RHC doesn't sign a piece of paper — it opens a real position in a contract on Robinhood Chain mainnet. The share count is computed by the contract, the two prices are stored in it forever, and the five dollar line is enforced in Solidity: a ticker printing $5.00 or more is refused by the chain itself.

Everything below the line.
Five dollars is where the SEC draws its penny-stock line. Scroll it from the cheapest name on the board up to the edge — cross it and a name graduates off, until it falls back.
Three steps, no account.
Connect
MetaMask, Rabby or Phantom. Ethereum, Solana or Robinhood Chain — Yuanly reads your address and balance and nothing else. No custody, no email, no sign-up, no broker approval for a foreign listing.
Quote
Your crypto is marked at the CoinGecko spot price, the ADR at its last print on the New York tape. Both timestamps ride along with the order, and the session — 盘前, 交易中, 盘后 — is stamped on it.
Sign
You sign the order text itself: amount, ticker, both prices, the fee, the second. That signature is the order. On Robinhood Chain you can write it into the chain for a fraction of a cent and keep the receipt forever.
Thirty of them.
The whole floor, live.
Every China-concept name Yuanly will quote, straight off the New York tape. Colours run the Chinese way — 红涨 red is up, 绿跌 green is down.

The prices
Every print comes from the CNBC quote service and every crypto mark from CoinGecko, pulled by your browser in one batched call. Nothing on this page is a made-up number.
The signature
You sign the order text with your own key — amount, ticker, both prices, the second. The receipt shows the sha-256 of exactly what you signed, and it is verifiable by anyone.
The on-chain record
Paying with RHC lets you write the order into Robinhood Chain as a zero-value transaction carrying the order in its calldata. Gas costs a fraction of a cent and nobody holds that key.
The delivery
No shares change hands. The leg that moves stock at a transfer agent is not live, and until it is, a signed order is a signed order — not a position.
Ownership of the business
Most China-concept listings are ADRs over a variable-interest entity. Even in the real market that is a contract over the operating company, not a share of it.
A broker
Yuanly is not a broker-dealer, holds nothing for you, and gives no advice. The tape is delayed by its source and stale outside the session.
The short answers.
What counts as a Chinese penny stock here?
A Chinese business whose New York listing prints under five dollars, on NASDAQ, NYSE or AMEX. Five dollars is the SEC's line, not ours. The board is rebuilt from the live tape on every refresh, so the roster changes on its own — a bitcoin-rig designer and the country's best-known EV maker can end up one row apart.
Why ADRs and not Hong Kong or the A-share market?
Because the ADR is the only leg of China that settles in dollars, on a public tape, on the same clock as your wallet. Shanghai and Shenzhen sit behind Stock Connect, a currency and a quota; Hong Kong closes before most of the West wakes up. Every name on this board is a US listing of a Chinese business — that's the exposure, without the plumbing.
Why is red up and green down?
Because that's how the boards read in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong — 红涨绿跌. Red is the lucky colour, so it got the upside. We kept the convention the companies come from rather than the one the exchange they're listed on uses. Every percentage on this page follows it.
Are the prices real?
Yes. Prints come from the CNBC quote service in one batched call, crypto from CoinGecko. Both are pulled by your browser, not by us, and both are stamped into the order you sign. Outside market hours you'll see the last print with the session marked 盘前, 盘后 or 休市. A ticker whose company doesn't match ours is thrown away — recycled symbols are how you end up quoting the wrong business.
Do I actually receive shares?
Not today. Yuanly prices and signs the order end-to-end; the leg that moves stock at a transfer agent is not live. Everything you can see on this page — quote, math, signature, receipt, the on-chain record — is real. The delivery is the part that isn't.
Why Chinese names in particular?
Because it's the exposure that's hardest to get and easiest to want. For most people outside the US a Chinese small cap means a broker approval, a wire and a form; a wallet opens in ten seconds. And this is where the movement is — these names re-rate ten percent on a headline out of Beijing that New York reads half a day late. The two clocks in the corner are there for exactly that reason.
What does the fee cover?
Thirty basis points on the notional: the routing, the quote and the settlement leg. It's shown in dollars in the quote before you sign, never taken out of the share count silently.
Which wallets work?
Any EIP-6963 browser wallet on the EVM side — MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet — and Phantom for SOL. Pick RHC and the connect button moves your wallet to Robinhood Chain (0x1237) itself, adding the network if you've never used it. Discovery runs through EIP-6963 rather than window.ethereum, so a second wallet can't hijack the first.
